Angelica Panganiban couldn’t help but air her dismay after the country logged more than 15,000 cases of COVID-19.
On Twitter, the actress is one of the many voices who reacted to the Philippines’ new record for the largest single-day increase in COVID-19 cases. The Department of Health registered 15,310 new cases on April 2.
Angelica tweeted how it seems crazy how the cases have surged. She wrote, “15k?! Nakakaloka!”
The actress lamented how she is becoming emotional with all that is happening. Angelica said how unfortunate it is that Filipinos need to pay to get tested, shell out money for medicines and hospital fees.
KKB! Nakakaiyak. Ito ang emotional. #freemasstesting.”
When a netizen called out the actress for complaining, Angelica replied and asked the netizen to tweet to the government; insinuating that the netizens is being paid.
“Hello Sarah. Style mo baguhin mo. Paulit ulit kayo.
