The Miss World Philippines Organization has opened its doors for aspiring Filipina beauty queens to join in the different pageant arena under the organization. Among the titles up for grabs are Miss Tourism Philippines, Miss Eco Teen Philippines, Miss Multinational Philippines, Reina Hispanoamérica Filipinas, Miss Eco Philippines, Miss Supranational Philippines and the prestigious title of Miss World Philippines.

Ganiel was among those who showed up at the screening of applicants. While not new to pageantry, it has been years since Ganiel focused on it as she has ventured into TV hosting. She can be seen on TV Patrol’s entertainment news segment as a Star Patroller.

The 26-year-old beauty brought prestige to the country when she represented the Philippines in Miss Asia Pacific International in 2016. She won 2nd Runner-Up as Miss Netherlands bagged the title crown.

On Facebook, Ganiel thanked those who are rooting for her.

“In this life, it takes so much courage to decide to take on the world in pursuit of our biggest dreams. Scoring a win is never assured even if we give things our best shot. This is why I am both overwhelmed and humbled by the amount of support that I received when I finally took the step to turn one of my biggest dreams into reality. Now I am certain that I will never be alone in my journey wherever this may take me. For now, let us together pray and work for the best results for our efforts,” Ganiel wrote.
