Maja Salvador showed her support to her former colleagues at ASAP Natin ‘to.
Following the news that ABS-CBN’s Sunday musical-variety show ASAP will soon air on TV5, Maja didn’t hesitate to show her support.
On her Instagram stories, she reposted the official statement of ABS-CBN about its partnership with TV5. She went on to add three heart emojis in ABS-CBN colors to celebrate the recent news.
The simulcast airing of ASAP on TV5 will replace Maja’s noontime show Sunday Noontime Live. The airing is made possible by a partnership between ABS-CBN, TV5, and Cignal Entertainment.
Aside from ASAP, TV5 will also begin to air “FPJ: Da King,” a movie block showcasing the films of Fernando Poe Jr.

Recently, Johnny Manahan revealed how he felt ashamed and even apologized to Maja and Piolo Pascual for “dragging” them to TV5’s SNL. He admitted both Piolo and Maja had reservations in leaving ABS-CBN but he convinced them.
SNL started going head to head with ASAP and GMA-7’s All-Out Sundays on October 18, 2020. However, SNL lasted only for three months and aired its final episode last January 17, 2020.
