Miss Manila Alexandra Abdon has finally apologized to Willie Revillame after she failed to show up on her supposed guesting on “Wowowin.”
Earlier this week, Kuya Wil expressed his dismay over the Miss Universe Philippines candidate when she failed to appear on the show. He called out Miss Manila and asked her to be professional especially when it comes to making job commitments.
Part of Kuya Wil’s tirade against Miss Manila goes, “Hindi ako nagalit,” paglilinaw ni Kuya Wil. “Sabi mo pupunta ka nung Monday, you have to be professional. Pag nag-commit ka…you have to commit.”
He added “Ako ’pag sinasabi kong pupunta ako, kahit anong mangyari gagawa akong paraan. Ganun dapat, it’s a commitment. Paano ka paniniwalaan ng tao kung ’di ka nag-co-commit. Mag-commit ka tapos ‘di mo tutuparin?”
Miss Manila appeared on ‘Wowowin’ to personally apologize to Kuya Wil. She said, “Gusto ko lang din sabihin, nag-confirm ako noong Monday, baka kasi sabihin ng ibang tao medyo ano ako eh.”
“I maybe said yes or partly said yes. Nag-confirm ako, narinig ng maraming tao, so ngayon mag-aapologize ako for not showing up on Monday. Personally, live, dito, maririnig niyong lahat. Kuya Wil, sorry,” she added.
When the host asked her what she was doing that day that she couldn’t attend to her commitment, Alexandra said she had a prior commitment in Tagaytay. She explained that she was at the location with her boyfriend and the staff at the time.
But upon Willie’s prodding for her to come over asap, she did. She also came face to face with Hipon Herlene:
