Holmes said when conducting their research, they don’t have any leanings or biases and respects the differences of opinion of their respondents. Following the various reactions that have spread online after the publishing of their survey results, Holmes said they respect everyone’s right to express their beliefs.

“Sa pagsasagawa ng aming pananaliksik, naniniwala kami na ang bawat isa ay may karapatang maghayag ng kaniyang opinyon maging ito’y naniniwala o hindi sa survey, bahagi iyan ng opinyon na aming kinakailangang galangin,” he said in an interview over DZMM.

He assured critics that the Pulse Asia researchers have established the integrity of the survey for over 20 years.

Holmes added that it is their mandate to publish the correct and accurate results of their surveys. He said there is no reason why they would do otherwise.
