“You will be missed”: Mariah Carey reacts to Lloyd Cadena’s passing

Mariah Carey reacted to the sudden passing of popular YouTuber Lloyd Cadena.

The iconic singer couldn’t help but share her sadness upon hearing about the passing of Lloyd, who was one of her biggest fans. On Twitter, Mariah’s fans club, “Mariah Carey Philippines” posted a photo of Lloyd and shared their condolences.

The fans group wrote, “Mariah Carey Philippines mourns the death of one of its best loved members, Internet Superstar, @LloydCadena. He will be remembered as a generous, kind, loving & humble human being. He was one of @MariahCarey’s biggest fans. Rest in Power, Lloyd. We love you.”

Mariah took the time to retweet the post and also extended her prayers to Lloyd and his family. She said she also feels sad over the news and that Lloyd will be missed.

Mariah tweeted, “So sad. RIP Lloyd, you will be missed. Sending my prayers to his family and friends during this difficult time.”

Lloyd was such a huge fan of Mariah that his Twitter header was a photo of the singer. Among his final tweets was also a repost of a tweet of Mariah.

Lloyd’s close friend, fellow vlogger Michelle Dy, also trended online after she shared a video of herself filled with emotions as she listened to Mariah’s “Thank God I Found You” after hearing the unfortunate news about her friend.

With the combined 8 million subscribers from his two YouTube channels, Lloyd’s sudden passing shocked many netizens and celebrities online. Among those who were the first to express their sadness were Alex Gonzaga, Sofia Andres and many others.
