Rhian Ramos clarified that her weight loss is not due to an eating disor
der but because of stress.
The Kapuso actress addressed rumors that she is having eating problems after netizens noticed her sudden weight loss.
On “24 Oras”, Rhian denied having an eating disorder and said, “Of course not!
Rhian said she isn’t even trying to lose weight but stress has been getting on her system lately. She said, “It’s not like I’m trying to lose weight because I feel big, kasi iniisip talaga ng tao na nag-diet ako, nagcardio ako para pumayat nang ganito. ’Yung totoo lang talaga, it’s out of stress.”
Some followers of Rhian were quick to note on her social media posts how she now looks “too skinny.” A fan wrote, “Ang payat mo na, idol.
Last May, Rhian shared via a virtual press conference how she is aware of how depression and anxiety have been creeping to many people during the lockdown. She said that because of this, she likes to share her “positive realizations” to help those who are struggling with their mental health.
