On Instagram, Korina shared photos of herself and how she maintains her weight while on lockdown. While being stuck at home, she decided to work on keeping her ideal weight and focused on her daily workout and healthy lifestyle.
Korina wrote, “Just to report to you: From 118 days since Day One of lockdown on March 17: 121lbs pre COVID; down to 110 lbs in 2 months. “And I’ve been able to maintain. (that’s REAL challenge). 20-50g daily carbs only. SWIMMING. 5 lb weights. Kaya mo rin yan. #BestLife.”
Aside from swimming, Korina keeps her diet well by eating balanced and healthy meals everyday.
She said maintaining a fit body is not a walk in the park; adding that it needs hard work and it’s also best to consult with doctors on what’s the best regimen to do.
Korina said, “Kase ang pangarap ng iba, pumayat nang nakahiga lang. Won’t happen, sorry. No pain, no gain. Maybe consult your family doctor about your diet first.”
