A college student is grateful for the unexpected blessing given to him by one of his professors.
As the country shifts to virtual learning, it cannot be denied that purchasing gadgets is taking a toll on many learners and parents. But one lucky student from the University of the Philippines Diliman got a laptop gifted by his professor.
Justine Delima, an incoming second year theater arts student in UP Diliman excitedly posted a photo of him holding his laptop. He couldn’t help but thank his Professor Lu for the gift.
He said he is so happy that he will get to share his laptop with his other siblings for their online classes.
“Kailangan din ng mga kapatid ko ‘yung laptop, lalo’t lima pa kaming nag-aaral (dalawa kami sa college, isa sa SHS, at dalawa sa JHS),” he said.
Justine said while they are stuck at home, he made use of his time writing scripts. He said that so far he has written 9 movie scripts with over 90 pages each but stopped when his laptop broke down. He said his new laptop will definitely be a great help to him.
Wow! Kudos to your kind Sir Lu, Justine!
