A netizen praised a tricycle driver from Naga City, Camarines Sur who showed concern for his passengers against the spread of COVID-19.
On Facebook, Pat Infeliz Bernal shared how she was impressed with Pete Lapira, a tricycle driver who took the effort to make sure his passengers are comfortable. Inside his tricycle, Manong Pete made sure the place is clean and has alcohol and tissue. He also sells face masks.
Pat wrote, “SALUTE to the owner and driver of this tricycle!
She even went on to share that Manong Pete was even kind and didn’t mind making sure she arrived at her school. Paz said while other tricycle drivers would often decline passengers if they think the fair isn’t enough, Manong Pete made sure she arrived at her destination.
Paz added, “P.S.
Many netizens also commended Manong Pete for his concern for his passengers. Many said that Manong Pete’s action shows not only his care for his passengers but value for his work too.
Kudos, Manong Pete!
