A Filipino dance duo has wowed the judges of Britain’s Got Talent.
Dancers Ezekiel Vargas and Carl Belarmino showed off their impressive dance moves in an exhilarating performance at one of the biggest talent search shows in the UK. To the tune of Tina Turner’s version of “Proud Mary,” Ezekiel and Carl danced, twirled and flipped during the audition round of Britain’s Got Talent.
Ezekiel wore a purple suit but removed it and transformed his outfit into a sparkly black barong-inspired top. He later on revealed his tattoo bodysuit showing off the Pintados-inspired markings. Carl, on the other hand, wore a Filipiniana-inspired gown and transformed it into a colorful short dress, representing the LGBT rainbow colors.
By the end of their performance, the crowd cheered for the dancing duo. Equally impressed, Britain’s Got Talent judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and David Williams, gave Ezekiel and Carl a standing ovation. They received four “yeses” sending them to the next round.
“That was pure, utter energy — from start to finish so definitely yes,” praised judge Simon Cowell.
Netizens too couldn’t help but praise Ezekiel and Carl’s performance. A netizen said, “One of my favourite acts of the night! Loved them!”
Another netizen said, “Brilliant! I absolutely loved it.”
