“I’m not ready but here I go.”
This was how Lebron James started penning an emotional farewell message to hist predecessor as Los Angeles Lakers leader, Kobe Bryant.
“Man, I sitting here trying to write something for this post but every time I try I begin c

“I literally just heard your voice Sunday morning before I left Philly to head back to LA. Didn’t think for one bit in a million years that would be the last conversation we’d have. WTF!! I’m h

Bryant’s fall came after James surpassed Bryant for third place on the NBA’s all-time scoring list. Their last conversation came after the game, congratulating him for his feat. This was also the subject of Bryant’s last post on Twitter.
“Man I love you big bro. My h
eart goes to Vanessa and the kids. I promise you, I’ll continue your legacy man! You mean so much to us all here especially, Laker Nation,” James vowed; adding that it’s his responsibility to put everything that happened on his back and keep it going.
One last time, James asked for Bryant’s guidance not as someone who can be reached on the sidelines of every game but now as someone who watches over them from above.
“Please give me the strength from the heavens above and watch over me! I got us here! There’s so much more I want to say but just can’t right now because I can’t get through it! Until we meet again my brother!”
