Judy Ann Santos is over the clouds with her recent win as Best Actress at the 41st Cairo International Film Festival.
Juday bested other foreign actors to bag the award for her portrayal of a Muslim woman in a Brillante Mendoza film entitled, “Mindanao.” And the actress has dedicated her award to her number one fan, her Mommy Carol.
Judy Ann recalled the efforts her mother did so she could have a good li
fe. With her win, her mother is very proud of her achievement.
“My mom is very, very happy.
Well, we are one with her on that.
Juday added that she didn’t want her mother to miss the screening.
Since receiving the Best Actress award, Judy Ann is still on a high and couldn’t believe her achievement. It’s truly a remarkable gift before the year 2019 ends.
The actress said she felt like she had gone a long way since she starred in several TV series.
You deserve it all, Juday!
