Over four years ago, a loving mother brought out all the creativity in her and turned her son’s spelt pancakes into a lion; aiming to make his food more appealing. Now, she already has a gallery of edible masterpieces; capturing both the ey

In May 2015, Laleh Mohmedi turned Jacob’s pancakes into a lion and he absolutely loved it. Hence, “Jacob’s Food Diaries” was b0rn.
“Within one month her creations went viral gaining worldwide media attention including CBS, ABC, The Today Show (USA, Australia), Sunrise, Ellen, Martha Stewart and many more. Jacob’s Food Diaries has became a global success allowing Laleh to collaborate with major production companies including Disney, Nickelodeon, Universal Pictures, 20th Century Fox,and Jamie Oliver,” read her site’s about page.
Still, Laleh — who now has more than 212,000 followers — maintained that “Jacob’s Food Diaries is a platform for parents and children to inspire them to make healthy food fun!”
“I don’t know how this thing I started doing in the kitchen with my son has turned into this. It blows my mind to this day,” Laleh said in a previous interview. “I always loved art in high school, but never did anything since. His reaction to it was priceless and so full of joy that I continued.”
Moreover, she shared that it was her friend who encouraged her to create an Instagram account.
“I had no idea what it was. I didn’t know about hashtags or anything!” she shared. She just knew how to make Jacob happy with his food!
