KC Concepcion sure knows a thing or two about saving for the future. She shared that she’d rather “save and invest” than buy expensive bags.
On Instagram, the actress-turned-entrepreneur thanked her mother, Sharon Cuneta, and grandparents for teaching her how to manager her money wisely.
KC wrote, “Dear Mom and Grandparents, thank you for teaching me to ‘Save & Invest’ at such a young age.”
Even her stepfather, Senator Kiko Pangilinan, taught her to choose a real estate property investment over fanch bags.
“My grandma, stepdad, and mom were so strict about saving up to buy property FIRST, before getting that Hermes bag. Yes, pressure and standards were high but I am glad they were!” Kc shared.
KC also lightly talked about the importance of delaying gratification to be able to afford a beautiful beach view.
“Although deep inside as a girl of course I wanted the BAG, I learned about ‘delayed gratification’ in order to afford the BEACH. Lol” KC wrote.
Along with the caption was a photo of a property with a beautiful beach view.
KC’s last take away was to inspire everyone to work quietly towards their big dreams.
She wrote, “Keep busy, and work smart, so you too can make your dreams come true. On your own terms. And quietly, without stepping on anyone’s toes. DREAM BIG! BE KIND! You can ACHIEVE it!”
