While we are used to seeing Anne in her trendy and fashionable clothes, the actress-host now dons a loose gray polo shirt, a maroon cap and no make-up for his upcoming role. Anne shared a photo of her new look on Instagram with the caption, “If I were a boy.”

Anne’s new look has surprised many of her friends and followers. Her husband, Erwan, chided her commenting, “I think I’m more pogi.”

Angel Locsin and Paolo Ballesteros both echoed the same remark, calling Anne, “Pogi!”

The “It’s Showtime” host will be sharing the interesting life of LGBT advocate, Marzz Balaoro.

Balaoro is a transman who became a Filipino Christian pastor. From being a domestic helper in Hong Kong, Balaoro established a church that welcomed people from all sexualities.

The transman pastor became controversial in Hong Kong when he was called out by the authorities for his violating their marriage laws for officiating “Holy Union” ceremonies for members of the LGBTQ.

Balaoro clarified their ceremonies are not legally binding under Hong Kong law but are “celebrations of love and togetherness.”
