Neri Naig posts lengthy reply to customer who said her resto has “bad service”

Former actress and now entrepreneur Neri Naig admitted to a dissatisfied customer she is still learning the ropes of running a restaurant business.

On Instagram, Neri took the time to reply to a comment about her restaurant in Tagaytay “Neri’s Not So Secret Garden.” The comment was made by a customer who complained the resto has “bad service.”

The comment of the netizen goes, “‘Yung pagngiwi at pagsimangot din naming mga customer sa service ninyo pagpunta sa resto ninyo manganda [rin]. Ang dami na namin nagcomplain sa FB niyo pati sa IG, iba’t ibang tao na nagsasabi sa social media pati sa kabilang table nung nagpunta kami, pero kayong ni replyan to apologize man lang.

“‘Wag mong gamiting pangalan nyo pati mga local bands na invited nyo to sell your ‘resto’ pero di naman kayo maayos magserbisyo sa customers ninyo.'” the netizen continued.

Neri’s husband is Parokya ni Edgar’s frontman Chito Miranda.

The irate customer even went on to bet she was sure her comment will be deleted and she will be blocked by Neri.

Neri posted a reply to the customer asking for a little consideration. She apologized for the bad service and invited the customer to visit again to see the improvements.

The businesswoman continued that the resto, which opened in February, was still on soft opening.

Neri added, “Bago na po ang manager namin at medyo maayos na po ang sistema namin. Since wala naman po akong kaalam-alam sa pagpapatakbo ng karinderya lalo na po ng isang resto. Sana po bumalik kayo para mapawi namin ang pagngiwi at pagsimangot niyo po.”

She even asked if the bet is on, “Saka po pala, tuloy ba ang pustahan? Sasali po ako. Baka sakaling manalo ako. Sino pa ang gumustong sumali sa pustahan ni maam?”

Neri’s comment further fueled the fire as the customer called her out for her “sarcastic” reply.
