American indie pop band LANY were just here in April and they are set to return to the Philippines a second time for their 7-month world concert tour in 2019.
The band, composed of Paul Klein, Les Priest, and Jake Goss, was supposed to have a one-night only concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum last April. But tickets to their show got sold out real fast and lots of fans clamored for another day to watch them live. Hence, one more night was added to their tour stop in Manila.
LANY’s tour follows the recent release of their critically praised sophomore album, Malibu Nights, last month.
The 2019 tour begins February 4 in Moscow and will include more than 75 dates across the globe. The indie pop trio is known for their hit songs “ILYSB,” “Super Far,” and “Good Girls.” In October 2018, they also released their third studio album, Malibu Nights, which includes the hit single, “Thru These Tears.”
Venue and ticket prices for the concert are yet to be disclosed. However, the band announced on their official website that general tickets will go on sale on Friday, November 16.
