MANILA, Philippines – A desperate father is seeking the help of the public to find his 23-year-old daughter who had been missing for days.
According to a Facebook post, Gizelle Louise ‘Sunshine’ Dasmariñas was last seen on Monday, September 24, in the vicinity of Project 6 to Tandang Sora in Quezon City.
She is described as 5’3” in height, medium build and with brown eyes.
In an interview over DZMM, Sunshine’s father, Gleendo, said he is very concerned for the safety of his daughter especially that she’s suffering from bipolar disorder.
“Nag-change siya ng [she changed] medication. May [She has] emotional challenges siya. She wants to be alone,” narrated Gleendo.
“Unfortunately, it’s already been 3 days. Sa letter niya, kung 2 days hindi pa siya babalik, baka may nangyari na sa kanya [According to her letter, if in another 2 days she hasn’t returned, something might have happened to her],” the father added.
The father said Sunshine doesn’t have a phone or anything with her, except for an ATM card. Withdrawals made from the card put her location earlier in Calamba, Laguna.
The family believes she may be going to Calaguas or even to Bicol.
“Sunshine, you know we love you. Please come home. We are here for you. Let us help you. We know you’re strong and praying. Keep on praying and clear your mind. You can fight this and you can overcome these challenges,” was the father’s message to Sunshine.
