Findlay, Ohio- Brittany Carter, 23, is accused of forcibly performing a sex act on the driver in the early hours of morning at Findlay, Ohio, while Corey Jackson, 20, allegedly held a knife on the throat of the driver.
Brittany Carter, of Freemont, was indicted earlier this month on two first-degree felony rape and aggravated robbery charges in connection to the incident that took place last January 28.
According to Findlay Police Department, at around 4:25 am on January 28, the trinity cab driver reported that Carter and “two black males” called for a ride from Town Place Suites. During the ride one of the males pulled a knife on the driver and performed an undisclosed sexual act on him.
Before the suspects fled, Carter and Jackson allegedly stole $32 from the victim’s pocket.
The driver then went to the police to report the incident and warrants were later issued for Carter and Jackson’s arrests. The 29-year-old victim from the Trinity Express Cab Service, who has not been named, was unhurt in the incident.
“We don’t know why she did it, Maybe it was a distraction because they took money from him.” police Lt Robert Ring said.
Jackson remains at large and a warrant has been issued for his arrest, while the third accomplice has not been named.
