“One account. All of Google.”
This message could be seen in Gmail’s new login page, as Google proclaimed changes for new designs and features. The message “saves your account history to make it easier to sign back in.” was also added at the page.
Log in boxes at the right corner of the page from the old version are now placed in the middle. According to The Next Web, the new look is “very reminiscent of the Gmail mobile app.”
The changes are made as response to feedback received from Google users.
“In response to feedback from our users, we’ve simplified the sign-in process, and the screen has slowly been rolling out over the past few months,” said Google spokesperson quoted in Mashable.
But there still are users outside the United States that are still using the old version of the login page as of Monday.
“If these reported changes turn out to be accurate, then it would point toward an interface standardization between Google’s desktop and mobile services that observers have been expecting for some time,” Mashable quoted.
Google is always looking forward to improve services and latest updates may be coming to your Gmail account.
